Trump's US is isolated from the rest of the world? No kidding.
When the Britons decided for BREXIT, someone in despair quipped. "Don't worry. It is not Great Britain which gets isolated from the EU. On the contrary, the EU gets shunned by the United Kingdom."
In the same token I would say: "Trump's US is isolated from the rest of the world? No kidding.
It is the latter which has been dismissed by Mr. Trump."
Indeed, no matter what Trump uttered, he was always at the center of G20 meeting in Hamburg.
And even the haughty Chinese send embezzled money to the US for laundering. Money, which determines the whereabouts of hegemony, still resides in the US and in Great Britain.
